Payment & Delivery

Payment:

We accept payments in the following mode:

• Cash or Cheque for pre-approved clients only
• Maybank2U or Internet Bank Transfer
• Paypal for overseas transaction in USD, EUR or SGD to wesley@giclee-art.my

A Tax Invoice will be generated and sent for final approval. We will make your prints when payment is received.

Delivery leadtime:

We are committed to make the print within 3 working days after receiving the full payment. We do accept on-the-spot printing for urgent requirements, however, that will be based on availability of printing materials.

International Orders:

We ship all our prints via DHL. The rates are competitive to our national courier services but it reaches our customer at double speed (within 3-5 days from Malaysia to USA/Europe). Please furnish us with an accurate address and contact number, as these information are required by DHL. Insurance is optional but available at an extra charge. In the event of a lost package, a reprint will be done and shipped promptly without any charges to the customer.
